Are there any Christian books you can recommend. I so far like Benny Hinn, Joel Osteen, Irvin Baxter, Jerry B. Jenkins, and Tim LaHaye. I am obsessed with Biblical Prophecy but anything is good. If anyone can recommend some good Christian books you like and tell me about them, what it's about, etc. Thank you!
Please, no one telling me I shouldn't believe in that stuff and blah b/c I'm just asking for a book recommendation, not preaching. Thanks! (:Christian Book Recommendations?
Two of my personal favorites are
Knowledge of the Holy - by Tozier
Knowing God - Packer
Both are an in depth look at who God is. Packer's book is just a little more in depth.
There are also
The Most High God - Renald Showers
The Holy Spirit - Gramacki
Stranger on the Road to Emmaus - Cross
More than a Carpenter - McDowell
Any of Max Lucado's works.
My Utmost for His Highest - Chambers
All of these are really good reading. Of course being familiar with Lahaye and Jenkins you have probably done the Left Behind series, but they are good too.
Most recently I picked up
The Mysterious Disappearance. by Daniel Carfrey. I haven't had a chance to read it yet but it is about the end times.
Here's a website that teaches the meaning of every verse of every Book of the Bible: http://www.soniclight.com/constable/note鈥?/a>

Aesops fables, a book of moral stories that prove that morals needn't necessarily come from a religious text.
Edit thumbs down eh? I don't think you will end up being a rounded individual if you do not read a variety of books. Or is it that you just can't handle atheists?Christian Book Recommendations?
