Is 'because god gave us free will' the oldest christian excuse in the book?

Seriously!!

Whenever i ask a question about christian religion, and why god doesnt do this and that, the most common excuse is

'because god gave us free will'

cant you come up with anything else?!Is 'because god gave us free will' the oldest christian excuse in the book?
i thought goddidit was the most popular excuse? :)
No, that's not an excuse, it is a fact. It is amazing on how many people ask questions, but really want to hear an answer to. When they receive the same answer in multiples, this person becomes all paranoid, and consider the confirmed answer to be an excuse or a lie, because it is not the answer they wanted or expected. Look like a Duck, quack like a Duck, walk like a Duck----------its a Duck.Is 'because god gave us free will' the oldest christian excuse in the book?
Actually, it's not an excuse at all. It's avoiding the question. I apologize on behalf of any other "Christians" who pull that. It's not like it's hard to find the answers guys, they're right there in the Bible!
everyone has a life to live. it is the thing said you only live once. if following Jesus is the life style chosen it is that persons choice. if they follow their own path, that is their choice. i choose Christ as my lifestyle don't want any other. it is a choice. u can lead a person to the bread of life but you cant make them eat.Is 'because god gave us free will' the oldest christian excuse in the book?
Nope. Supposedly "God gave us free will" ties up with "Because God made it so."

Hmm, contradictory to the point of paradox.
Christian excuse? There are many "Christian" religions that believe that free will doesn't exist. Go find a Calvinist.
Honestly, how else would you explain the actions of God or anyone if not by free will? You can say it is by God or human nature. The choices we make are still considered free will.
If you are happy with your spiritual life, why do you feel the need to mock others?
I think "the devil made me do it" qualifies.
About free will- you made the choice to mock our beliefs. So that proves there is free will, huh?
