Is the book I am reading Christian?

I read in this book that we are really made of dust not spirit and that when we die we just go back into the ground, it said that everyone both good and bad saint and sinner go to just one place: the grave.

it dosen't say the spirit goes to hell it says the body goes there, it says the soul will die and that even the soul of Jesus died.

It says that sinners will be burned up to ash and will vanish like smoke and cease to exist. It teaches that when Jesus comes back he send s his angels to take the wicked first and the righteous are "Left Behind"

It says the kingdom of God is already here on earth. And it says that we cannot go to heaven even when we die but that Jesus will come here to us. It says that Jesus even told his disciples that thay could not go to heaven.

But this book says Jesus is Lord and Christ the Son of God. and that no one has any life at all unless they believe in Him. Is this a christian book?Is the book I am reading Christian?
All of those things can be found only in one book. Pity that every one of the things qouted is the exact opposite of what the majority of Churchaianity believes: and considering thier track record it does not surprise me one bit that they teach the exact opposite of what the Bible teaches. If anyonne really knows and believes the bible u can find that every word yu said in the details is an exact qoute from the king james bible.
No. It's not a book based in Christianity...It mixes in lies with some truth..Sounds like the devil's work.Is the book I am reading Christian?
No - it's trash.
Sounds pretty mixed up to me. What is the title of the book?Is the book I am reading Christian?
I would say no
Well lets me think It sound christian to me Lets burn it, LOL JK lets just buried it in the ground okay.
So what is the name of the book? Why not share it with us, in case we have read it also.
Well if it's all Jesus talk and such, of course it is if it's what it's based on.

BUT, it's also just a book and one person's views/ideas/beliefs/perspective on it. You don't always have to believe everything you read...
we are all particles of the universe....stardust
Yes it is, but your interpretation of it is lacking.

The old testament authors often looked at death in human terms, i.e., the dead know nothing, no one worships from the grave.
For certain sure it is not a Christian book, but outlandishly false and phony it is almost laughable. Better luck next time. LOL.
Bible usages of the word "soul," indisputably determine its basic meaning. We find the word "soul" (Hebrew nephesh; Greek psuche) simply means a breathing creature, without any reference to how long it will exist. In Genesis 1 and 2, the original Hebrew words describing animals and humans are the SAME (Heb. chay nephesh).

Now please notice what is said concerning the creation of man - "And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed (neshamah) into his nostrils the breath of life (Heb. neshamah chay), and man became a "living soul" (Heb. chay nephesh)."

The word "immortal soul" is not in the bible. Soul is a person or a body. It can be an animal or person.

King Solomon writes that there is nothing separate from the body, nothing. No one can praise God in death. No one has ever gone to heaven accept the Lord Jesus. The dead remembers nothing.

God's Kingdom is not already on earth. Christ has to come back first to set up his father's Kingdom. The first thing he will do is raise the dead and then judge.
