I want to be spiritual..how to read this christian book? a Power driven life?

i was gifted a christian spiritual book for my birthday called a power driven life. Unfortunately i dont believe in jesus christ or the trinity or a fluffy gated heaven and DONT want to learn to.

but this book does have some sound principles. can anyone tell me how to read this book without feeling smothered by the religious stuff? how to replace words or interpret would be great.

Read rationally %26amp; objectively. Change the interpretations...heck even Christians do it to their own bible.
