Leadership 101 by John C. Maxwell (or any of his other leadership books) might be a better bet

Experiencing God by Henry Blackaby*
AW Tozer is reliable, but you'd have to pick through his stuff for specific leadership things. Also, the Assemblies of God church has a program called "Missionettes" that is geared towards teaching young women to be strong leaders, and any of their related materials are excellent. These, however, contained lessons best learned by practice, not so much study, so if you've no one to practice them on, it might not be as effective.
*These titles teach leadhership through walking in obedience to God. Which not everyone is a big fan of.
The first book that comes to my mind is "Improving Your Serve" by Charles Swindoll. You can find many books on the subject by typing "Christian Leadership" in the search box at Amazon. This one doesn't come up in that category, but I think it is an excellent resource for anyone considering leadership.What is a leadership book that is written by a christian author?
Any books by John Maxwell are great resources for leadership skills wrapped in a Christian world view. While not all of his titles are overtly Christian, they all are consistent with Maxwell's strong Christian influence. Ken Blanchard is another Christian leadership guru that has written several leadership books. One in particular is "The Servant Leader" which relies heavily on Scripture and is a wonderful leadership title. God Bless
