What's a Christian book that deals with self harm?

My sister is 14, and she has very low self esteem and harms herself. What is a book I can get for her, preferably a Christian book, that deals with self esteem and self injury? Thanks all :)What's a Christian book that deals with self harm?

Scars that Wound, Scars that Heal - by Jan Kern, is an excellent book. It is a Christian book. I am a self harmer too, and a Christian. I found this book helpful.

Also, Color Me Scarred - by Melody Carlson is a fantastic read. She has a whole "Colour me..." series, they are all amazing, especially dealing with self esteem issues and such, also easy to read for your sisters age group. I would strongly recommend this book, probably more so than the first one I mentioned.

Religion has brought more death suffering and harm, then any, single war and catastrophe combined has caused.

I suggest a Psychologist or at-least a School social worker intervention.

Religion is NOT the answer to this problem, no matter how hard you try and create a connection between her and this imaginary friend GOD, its not going to do anything more then provide a very short term distraction.
You should first of all get her a holy bible.Read it with her,about Job suffering.

Also our bodies are considered the temple of GOD.Try also Family radio they have many free pamplets

dealing with many issues.i also hope she is getting therapy.No one should ever hurt themselves.

GOD healed me of my addictions and most afflictions,i did not need any medication after that day.

Bible --- i suspect / everybody self harms in that book but God still seems to love them .... why he would do that is your answer
