What's a good book on Christian angels and demons?

I'm looking for reference material, so I need something scholarly that draws on scripture and doesn't stray too much into conjecture. Light reading is preferable but not necessary. Thanks. What's a good book on Christian angels and demons?
Certainly as a Christian, you would want the Bible as your chief resource, but the truth of the matter is that the Bible is fairly silent on the subject of angels and demons, which implies little importance is placed on the subject.

Excluding the deuterocanonical books, the only angels mentioned by name in the Bible are Michael, Gabriel, Abaddon, and Satan/Apollyon; Lucifer, given his context in Isaiah and Ezekiel, is not an angel, nor is he Satan.

As for a good book about angels and demons, this draws from far more than the Bible, but is diligent in its biblical quotations and is also pretty much the last word in studying angelic entities. It is fascinating, and one of those books you can read cover-to-cover, or at any part in the middle. The book is "A Dictionary of Angels: Including the Fallen Angels" by Gustav Davidson. What's a good book on Christian angels and demons?
