When you are writing you rmanuscript, it should be 12pt, either Courier or Times Roman. That's not the size it will be in the book when it is published, but editors need to be able to work with a manuscript, so the industry standard is 12 pt, double spaced.
Calibri (dafault font size is 11)

Tahoma (font size of 10)

Times New Roman (12 or 11 font size)

Size 12 times new roman. Don't forget to use paragraphs and correct grammar. Also its worthwhile to check if the publisher accepts .doc format some prefer .rtf
