Dead Sea Scrolls and ( the Other Bible: a collection of alternate scriptures, Jewish pseudophigra, Syriac Peshitta............( it has a really long name. The Enoch books were larger than were in the scrolls, because they used the Ethiopian version
According to a lot of Christians, I didn't know there was another book.
Some of the writings of the early Church fathers like Polycarp, Ignatius, Clement of Rome, Irenaeus, and others who either knew and was taught by at least one apostle personally or knew someone who did know and was taught by at least one apostle. Not every early Christian writing is legit or beneficial but the earlier the writings are (and dependent on what teachings it contains) the better and more trustworthy.
Fundamentalism for dummies
Believe it or not, "The Catechism of the Catholic Church." Although I am a Fundamentalist Christian, I've never read any other book that explains so well what exactly it is that Christians believe - and it gives references. Naturally, being a Fundamentalist Christian I disagree with many of the doctrines found there - but it is also true that all of the fundamental Christian doctrines are included in that book, that they are explained in an easy-to-understand way but in enough detail to satisfy even a demanding scholar, and that Biblical references are provided for each and every doctrine.

It's also great in that it teaches we non-Roman Catholics what Roman Catholics actually believe and *why* they believe it. As Roman Catholics make up well over half of all Christians worldwide, that is a pretty useful chunk of information.
