I read it but a long time ago. John Bunyan in 1678 as an allegory of the Christian life. The language is kind of archaic, so if you want to read it I would suggest a modern language version.
Bunyan was in prison when he wrote it. I thought it was interesting.Have you ever read the Christian book Pilgrim's Progress?
It is somwhat boring. It's worth reading if you have to do it (I did) but I would not choose to do so. The language is modern English not Old English (that was about 800 years earlier) and the book was written some seventy years after Shakespeare and the King James Version of the bible. If you can understand the KJV, you will certainly understand Bunyan.
John Bunyan? I've read parts of it...and you might be able to find the whole text online.
Actually...if you have four dollars and you don't mind kiddie stuff..

i have listened to it on the radio
i have not read the book
it was written by John Bunyan and published in February, 1678.
They read parts of it to us at the Christian school I went to as a child. I just remember it being tiresome and something about the story disturbed me.
I tried to get into it, but the way it was written, it was difficult to read so I abandoned the attempt.
Written by John Bunyan (if I remember correctly) and it's a book with a 'christian' slant.
It's in old english, boring, and long. Written by John Bunyun in 1678.
I read it in high school. Colorful but silly.
YES.
