Is this book calling Christian and secular men rapists? no self control?

read a Christian book called Every Young Woman's battle.

It says that men see women as TOYS and is immediately aroused if women are wearing revealing clothing(thighs, cleavage etc).

If that's the case then why isn't every woman in this world raped? Isn't it called self control? Shouldn't men take responsibility for their own actions? Shouldn't women not dress in a provocative way? would that decrease rape crimes? Is this book calling Christian and secular men rapists? no self control?
Long table cloths that drape to the floor became popular when a ridiculous idea spread about men getting aroused just by looking at the bare leg of a table, because it may resemble a woman's leg.

There are quite a few books out there that focus on how men and boys are a threat to women, that they objectify women, and that women are always the (only) victims and must 'fix' the way they raise young males so that they don't turn out to be misogynists and rapists.

It's quite strange, since women can and do rape men as well. And also stranger when you realize that violent rape isn't associated with self control, but rather with mental disorders and an intense need to dominate someone else (regardless of gender).

No, women who dress revealing clothing are not 'asking for it'.

No, men on average do not look at women as 'toys'.Is this book calling Christian and secular men rapists? no self control?
Rape is about power and violence, it's not about sexual attraction. Is this book calling Christian and secular men rapists? no self control?
Women have every right to dress however they want to. There are plenty of nude beaches in the world, where nudity is perfectly legal. In such places, a woman has every right to go completely naked. And still no man has the right to touch her, or even stand too close to her.
Rape is not even about sex, you idiot.
